Our rates are time based. We charge by the hour with a 2 hour minimum. Time is calculated garage to garage in 15 minute increments. The price is not affected by the number of passengers.
Most freight payments are done with a Company check. However you can also pay with wire transfer or credit card (subject to administrative fee). Payment is sent right around the time the freight is due to arrive, clear customs and be released.
Transitec's offices are located in Flushing, Queens, in New York City. Our bases of operations for logistics services are in Queens and the Bronx.
We are available for trips throughout the NY Metro area and out of town trips up to a 250 mile radius.
Our office is open 8am to 7pm Mon. thru Fri. and 8am to 3pm on Sat. & Sun. Our main phone 718-507-0500 is answered 24 hours. With sufficient notice our vehicles are available 7 days a week 24 hours a day, with the exception of special holidays.
We speak Spanish, Chinese, Russian, and Korean.

How can I change something in my order?

If you need to change something your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 2-4 hours, and we are able to make changes only via phone call.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards for your convenience.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.
